When will my order ship?
Many items are made to order so please read the item description carefully for estimated ship times. If you are unsure, please contact us at hello@loveelodie.com for more info.

I received the wrong size/color/item, can I send it back?
Yes, we offer exchanges/returns within 30 days of purchase date for unworn/unused merchandise. Please email us at hello@loveelodie.com for return authorization prior to shipping back goods. (Please note: unless we shipped you the wrong item we are not responsible for return shipping charges and strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return shipment.)

My order is lost/damaged, can it be replaced?
All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS with tracking. Please contact us if you have not received your order.

I would like to purchase an item that's made to order, can it be expedited for a specific delivery date?
Depending on the item and deadline we may be able to accommodate your rush order. Please contact us for further details.

Can any of your products be customized?
At this time we do not offer any alterations to our designs, sorry!
